What guitar is better to play red hot chili peppers a strat or a tele?
Im a huge rhcp fan and i know tuns of there songs but i dont really have a guitar to play there music im thinking out of a squire affinaty strat or tele, id rather get a tele becasue i like them alot more then strats but i see alot more people use strats for rhcp than teles which one should i get?
If your main objective is using the guitar to play music by RHCP, then definitely get the Strat. John Frusciante mostly uses a 1962 Sunburst Fender Stratocaster. He’s known to also use a 1967 red Fender Jaguar, a acoustic vintage 1950s Martin 0-15, and occasionally a ’57 Gretsch White Falcon. The Telecaster will sound a little bit sharper, but a Strat will more closely resemble the original sound of the RHCP music…
