Which Fender guitar do you recommend?
I am looking to buy a new guitar, a Fender Stratocaster – I was wondering if anyone can please advise me as to which is the best type of neck to get, Rosewood or Maple? I play mostly rock with some blues thrown in. Also I would welcome anyone’s opinion on which colour they would recommend out of:
Candy Cola, Olympic White or Blizzard Pearl.

Hi,
First, the colour do not affect the playability. So get the colour you like the most. Is more about how comfortable you feel with the guitar.
Regarding maple vs rosewood (or any other kind of wood for fingerboard) the difference is very subtle. Maple have a slightly more defined sound than rosewood which is more sweet. Many great guitarist prefer maple (Clapton, Buddy Guy) and many many other prefer rosewood (SR Vaughan, B. Raitt, Jeff Beck) .
Try to see what is the preference of the artist you like the most.
