I purchased a Alvarez Yari Acoustic guitar model DY74C in 1995. How can I tell what year it was made?

There are 7 numbers stamped in the heel; 0511 575 serial number 44872. Does anyone know approximate value?

The DY74C was in their Wellington series, built between 1975 and 1998.

They had a list price of $1319 and currently have a retail value of about $375 to $650 depending on condition. Selling it to a shop that buys used gear will get you between 35% and 50% of these values. eBayers may pay up to about 75% of the value.

Yours was built in November of 1993.
