About an electric maestro gibson guitar?

my brother recieved a melectric guiatr(maestro gibson) and me and my stepfather our trying to learn how to play the guitar to teach my bro but when we listen to the people on youtube play it sounds alittle better is it the amp that came with it….we tuned the guitar or are we not playing it right what do u thnk?

Try tuning the guitar again. The amp shouldnt make a difference to the quality of sound, unless your trying to recreate exactly what you’re hearing. And…ofcourse, practise! It might just not sound right because you need to improve!
