I just got a Fender Squier Strat that is sunburst for $299 is that a good deal?

It was on sale for 299 from 350 at long and mcquade, just wondering if this is the average price for it.

yes fender is one of the best name brand guitars there are so just having the fender name on it alone is worth that.
