Is it a good price for a guitar package?

I was wondering if the following items was worth $800?
Sales guy gave me a list >.< Mansfield Sunburst Guitar Dean Markley K-20X amp Gigbag Belmont Folding Music Stand Martin Guitar Polish Cloth Darco Electric Guitar Strings 3 Picks 2 Amp Cords Guitar Strap (Plain black)

in terms of quantity, yes, but quality, you’d have to look at the guitar and amp to determine whether or not the price is reasonable. Everything else is pretty standard. I haven’t had experience with either of those two companies, so i can’t say honestly, but i wouldn’t say the pack was worth it.
