floyd rose?
Ok I have an ibanez guitar it’sone of the starter kit ones and i was woundering if i could put a floyd rose on it i would install it myself since i work on guitars i just dont want to install it and it not work and my guitar be ruined. please help thx 
Floyd rose systems are very complicated and I’m sure it would be a very involved process to install one! You would probably have to do some modifications to your body to make room for it, it needs almost an inch underneath so you would probably have to cut out a hole. Plus floyd rose systems must be setup just perfect according to your guitar’s dimensions and string gauge/tuning. If you already work on guitars then I guess it would be possible for you to do it, otherwise I would recommend taking it to a guitar repair shop or just buy a new guitar that already has a floyd!!
