stratocaster guitar?
i have a stratocaster type guitar. it’s been only a week since i first used it. on its body, there is a white part. (see this picture: “http://www.linusz.de/Grafik/Stratocaster-08.jpg”) on that white part, there is a plastic film (i think)..
should i remove it?
there is a part of my guitar which the film isn’t sticking anymore.
i think it is because of the pick or my fingers. when i am picking, my fingers rest on that particular place. and when i am strumming sometimes it is scratched(i think)

It’ll probably be ok to remove it. That’s normal. Although, if it doesn’t bother you, leave it on. It’s added protection for the time being.
