Where can i get custom stratocaster pickguards made?

Well i play only punk rock and altenrative rock and never use the middle or neck positions on my stratocaster because they dont fit my sound. ok heres what i want can i get this made for me-

You could also purchase the pickguard separately ( http://www.wdmusic.com/pickguard_stz_200.html or http://store.guitarfetish.com/pickguards.html ), the pickup from Musician’s Friend ( http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Seymour-Duncan-SH4-JB-Humbucker-Pickup?sku=300035 or http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/Gibson-Dirty-Fingers-Humbucker-Pickup?sku=304667 ), and the volume control from Torres Engineering ( http://torresengineering.stores.yahoo.net/guitvolpot.html ).
